Whitney Roofing & Guttering is looking for dependable people who are willing to learn, communicate professionally, and grow with the organization.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a sales development role supporting homeowners in local communities. You will help identify potential roofing needs, communicate with homeowners, and connect qualified opportunities with the company's sales team.

Your responsibilities may include:

Speaking with homeowners and learning about their needs Asking questions to understand potential roofing concerns Identifying and documenting qualified opportunities Communicating relevant information to the roofing sales team Developing stronger communication and customer service skills Participating in ongoing training and coaching Previous roofing knowledge is not required. Training is provided to help you understand the process, become comfortable communicating with customers, and recognize opportunities that may be a good fit for the company's services.

COMPENSATION AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT

This position includes guaranteed daily pay, performance-based bonuses, and additional earning opportunities based on results. As you gain experience and demonstrate consistent performance, you may have the opportunity to advance into roofing sales and pursue additional responsibilities within the company. Compensation, bonus details, and advancement opportunities will be explained during the interview so you understand how the program works.
