Base pay + weekly bonuses, paid every Friday. AMP Roofing is hiring entry-level canvassers / appointment setters in the Warwick-Providence area. If you're motivated, reliable, and comfortable talking to people, we'll teach you everything else. This is a great first step into sales — you set the appointments, our team closes the deals. What you'll do Knock doors and have friendly conversations with homeowners Book free roof inspections right from your phone (we give you the link) Jot down quick, clean notes (address, best phone/email, what you saw) Hand off to our inspector/closer — no selling or closing on you What you'll earn $600/week base (Tues-Sat) Uncapped weekly bonuses — the more appointments that stick, the more you make Paid every Friday for the prior week Work 16+ days/month to unlock bonuses Schedule & area Tues-Sat, roughly 12:30-7:30 PM Rhode Island & Eastern CT (starting around Warwick/Providence, some nearby travel) We give you Paid training — talk tracks, handling objections, and the app tools Branded door hangers, QR codes, and yard signs Live office support and same-day scheduling backup You bring A good attitude, reliability, and hustle Willingness to walk 3-5 hours and work outdoors Smartphone, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation No sales experience required — just the drive to learn Where this goes: our top setters move up to Closer / Outside Sales with higher commissions.
