I'm looking for a friendly, reliable person to help introduce our company to homeowners through neighborhood canvassing and set appointments for homeowners interested in shower remodeling. This is an appointment-setting role — you will not be responsible for selling or closing projects. I personally meet with the homeowner, provide the estimate, and handle the sale. What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods in Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, Lynnwood and surrounding areas Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners Introduce Cascadia Shower Design and briefly explain what we do Identify homeowners who may be considering a shower remodel or tub-to-shower conversion Schedule qualified appointments for me to meet with interested homeowners Accurately provide basic homeowner and appointment information Represent the company professionally and respectfully Compensation This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor opportunity. $100 for each qualified appointment that is completed Additional $500 for each appointment that results in a sale Earnings vary based on performance Schedule Approximately 15-20 hours per week , with the possibility of additional hours. The schedule is flexible, although afternoons and early evenings will generally provide the best opportunity to reach homeowners. This can be a great fit for students, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible part-time work and additional income. Who I'm Looking For Friendly, outgoing and comfortable approaching homeowners Reliable and self-motivated Professional appearance and communication Comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors Able to work independently Door-to-door canvassing or sales experience is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and a cell phone I'll provide training, talking points, materials and ongoing support to help you get started. For the right person, there may also be an opportunity over time to learn more of the sales side of the business and eventually run homeowner appointments.
