+ BIG Bonuses Get Paid to Talk to Homeowners About Beautiful Bathroom Remodels Re-Bath is growing, and we're looking for experienced, proven canvassers to join our team. This is not a training position. Only experienced canvassers with a proven track record of producing results should apply. Applicants must have previous door-to-door canvassing experience and be able to demonstrate actual, measurable results from prior canvassing positions. This is not a commission-only sales job. You'll earn a guaranteed $25/hour, plus strong bonuses when the appointments you generate turn into sales. Compensation $25/hour guaranteed $500 for every appointment you generate that turns into a closed sale The more quality conversations you have, the more you can earn. Hours & Schedule 30-40 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Sundays and Mondays off. What You'll Be Doing You'll be out in local neighborhoods representing Re-Bath, one of the most recognized names in bathroom remodeling.

Your job is to:

Talk with homeowners Introduce them to Re-Bath Start conversations about bathroom remodeling Identify homeowners interested in updating their bathroom Schedule qualified appointments for our design consultants Consistently produce measurable appointment-setting results Represent Re-Bath in a friendly and professional way You are not expected to sell the bathroom remodel at the door. Your job is to create interest and set qualified appointments. Our sales team handles the in-home consultation and sale. Who We're Looking For This position is specifically for experienced canvassers who already know how to work a neighborhood and produce results. This is not a training or entry-level position. To be considered, you must have: Previous door-to-door canvassing experience A proven record of generating qualified appointments, leads, or sales The ability to discuss and demonstrate your actual past performance and results Confidence approaching and engaging homeowners Strong communication skills A competitive, results-oriented mindset Reliability and consistency Comfort working outdoors The ability to hear "no," stay positive, and move on to the next door If you have never canvassed professionally before, this position is not the right fit. We are looking for people who can step into the field with an understanding of door-to-door prospecting and demonstrate that they have successfully produced results in the past. Why Re-Bath?
