You'll be the first impression of Evershine in neighborhoods throughout Spokane. Your job is to start conversations, educate homeowners, and schedule free design consultations with our lighting specialists. You are not expected to pressure people or close sales at the door. Your success comes from creating opportunities. Responsibilities Walk neighborhoods introducing homeowners to Evershine Schedule free design consultations Represent the company professionally Learn and follow our outreach system Track activity using our CRM Continuously improve your communication skills Help build Evershine's reputation throughout Spokane Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Enjoys talking with people Has a positive attitude Is dependable Is coachable Takes pride in their work Is self-motivated Enjoys working outdoors Wants to grow professionally Experience is helpful but not required.
