Square Oaks is looking for an energetic, driven Team Lead Canvasser to help build one of the best neighborhood marketing teams in Wisconsin. This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the field, leading by example, coaching your team, celebrating wins, and helping homeowners improve one of their biggest investments. What You'll Do Lead and inspire a team of Neighborhood Marketing Representatives. Knock doors alongside your team and lead from the front. Train new canvassers on proven techniques that generate appointments. Conduct ride-alongs and provide real-time coaching. Motivate team through contests, accountability, and recognition. Track performance and help each team member reach their goals. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding future rockstars. Create a positive, high-energy culture where people love coming to work. We're Looking For Someone Who... Has previous door-to-door canvassing experience (required). Has successfully led or coached a canvassing or outside sales team. Knows how to generate appointments consistently. Brings positive energy and naturally motivates others. Communicates confidently and isn't afraid to coach tough conversations. Loves setting goals, tracking numbers, and celebrating wins. Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
