We're expanding our team and looking for driven individuals ready to build a high-income career in solar sales. Position Overview As a Solar Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar energy and help them make informed decisions. This is a flexible, performance-driven opportunity with strong earning potential and hands-on training. What You'll Do Engage with homeowners to generate new sales opportunities Conduct in-home consultations with clients Educate customers on solar savings, incentives, and financing options Manage your pipeline from initial conversation to closed deal Represent the company with professionalism and integrity Training & Support Hands-on shadowing with experienced reps Access to a structured training platform Ongoing mentorship and team support Proven systems to help you ramp up quickly Schedule Full-time, in-person Monday
- Friday Flexible daily schedule within working hours Compensation Average weekly earnings: $1,500
