We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate Energy Conservation Specialist to join our team at our main office at 71 Obery Street in Plymouth, MA. Our Energy Conservation Program is federally, state, and privately funded and helps income-eligible households improve energy efficiency and maintain safe, reliable heating systems through conservation services, weatherization assistance, and heating system repairs and replacements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, working with a team, and supporting programs that have a meaningful impact on local families. What You\'ll Do As an Energy Conservation Specialist, you will provide administrative and program support to help ensure the smooth and effective operation of our Energy Conservation Program.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with the day-to-day administration of the Energy Conservation Program Market program services and assist with scheduling client appointments Enter and maintain confidential applicant and client information Prepare and coordinate client correspondence Process invoices and billing documentation Communicate with subcontractors and assist with related documentation Answer phones and provide professional, courteous customer service Copy, scan, fax, upload, and organize documents Perform data entry and maintain accurate program records Assist with other office and program responsibilities as needed What We\'re Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Required qualifications High School Diploma, HiSET, or GED equivalent Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Strong technical skills Ability and willingness to learn specialized utility/program software Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client information
