Meet with local business owners and decision-makers to explain cost-saving energy programs and sustainability initiatives. Conduct in-person or scheduled business visits to present energy efficiency solutions and commercial program benefits. Entry Level Account Associates follow up with interested companies, build long-term professional relationships, and convert interest into active commercial accounts. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation, account setup, and enrollment support. Maintain accurate records while tracking client interactions and business account progress. Entry Level Account Associates provide professional post-sale support to ensure smooth program activation and strong client satisfaction.
