September 11, 2026 Job Overview This position develops, coordinates, and directs communication, education, promotion, and marketing activities of Moorhead Public Service (MPS). This position also develops, implements, and/or manages MPS' energy conservation improvement programs, including an effective key accounts program. This position supports the overall communications, marketing, and conservation goals, as well as regulatory reporting and addressing the needs and issues of key account customers.

$66,186.00 - $101,816.00 per year
