What You'll Do:

Develop new business and maintain client relationships by supporting clients' ongoing energy strategies Manage the full sales process from lead generation through close Conduct approximately 50+ outreach calls to prospective clients each day Spend approximately 90% of time in the office conducting inside sales activities and 10% outside the office at client meetings and industry events Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to identify client opportunities, challenges, and pain points Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and achieve revenue goals Build and maintain strong client relationships after the initial sale Use CRM software to manage prospects, client information, sales activities, and opportunities Represent the organization professionally at client meetings and industry events Stay informed on the evolving energy industry and identify solutions to address client needs

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience preferred Cold calling experience preferred Proven ability to overcome rejection and setbacks while maintaining a persistent, results-oriented approach Strong business development mindset with an entrepreneurial and tenacious approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to conduct discovery conversations and identify client needs and pain points Ability to manage a sales strategy from lead generation through close CRM software experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing industry and adapting to new challenges Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to achieving results Ability and willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the role Apply Today!
