Healthcare Sales Representative

Job Description

Healthcare Sales Representative Back pain relief center - 5.0 San Leandro, CA Job Details Part-time | Contract $53,012.47 - $59,842.98 a year 8 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Professional networking Spanish Financial sales Interpersonal skills Finance Full Job Description Healthcare Sales Closer & Patient Conversion SpecialistTop Automotive & High-Performance Sales Professionals Encouraged to Apply Are you a top-producing automotive salesperson or experienced sales closer who knows how to work a lead, overcome objections, follow up relentlessly, and ask for the sale? We are looking for a high-level closer , not a receptionist and not an order taker. This is an opportunity to take the skills that made you successful in automotive or high-ticket sales and bring them into a professional healthcare environment where you can make an impact, build relationships, and have a better quality of life than traditional dealership sales. Why Top Salespeople Should Consider Us You already know how to sell. We aren't looking to teach someone how to become confident enough to ask for the business. We want someone who can bring their closing ability to our practice while we teach you our healthcare services and patient process. Compared with traditional automotive sales, this position offers: More predictable working hours and no late-night dealership schedule A professional healthcare environment No standing on a lot waiting for an "up" A steady pipeline of inbound online inquiries and prospective patients The opportunity to sell something that can genuinely improve someone's quality of life Performance-based earning and advancement opportunities The opportunity to grow into a larger sales leadership/management role as the practice expands A smaller organization where your results are noticed and rewarded What You'll Do Your primary responsibility is simple: turn opportunities into patients.
You will:
Immediately contact people who submit online inquiries and new-patient leads Call, text, and consistently follow up until you reach the prospect Schedule qualified prospects for consultations Follow up on missed appointments, cancellations, and patients who haven't committed Assist with presenting recommended care and financial options Close high-value treatment plans Handle objections involving price, financing, spouse approval, timing, and "I need to think about it" Re-engage old leads and previous patients Maintain an organized follow-up pipeline so opportunities don't fall through the cracks Track appointments, show rates, conversions, collections, and follow-up activity Meet and exceed established sales and conversion targets The Person We Want You are the salesperson who doesn't give up after one phone call. If someone submits an inquiry, you call them. If they don't answer, you follow up. If they say they're interested but aren't ready, you stay in contact. If they have an objection, you uncover the real objection , address it professionally, and ask for the commitment. You understand that the money is in the follow-up. We're especially interested in candidates who have been: Top automotive salespeople Automotive sales managers / closers High-ticket sales professionals Membership or fitness sales closers Healthcare or medical sales professionals Other proven commission-driven sales performers What We're NOT Looking For This is not primarily a front-desk, customer-service, or administrative position. We need someone who is comfortable being measured by results and who genuinely enjoys calling leads, chasing opportunities, overcoming objections, following up, and closing. If you're accustomed to being one of the strongest salespeople on your team and want to bring that ability into a growing healthcare practice with better hours, meaningful work, and significant growth potential , we want to talk to you. Your sales skills are already valuable. We'll teach you the healthcare side. You bring the drive, follow-up discipline, and ability to close.
