Quantum Pharmaceuticals is a rapidly growing compounding pharmacy located just outside Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are focused on advancing personalized healthcare through high-quality compounded medications and innovative solutions centered around cellular health, wellness, longevity, hormone optimization, and individualized patient care.
As one of the fastest-growing pharmacies in the Midwest, Quantum Pharmaceuticals is expanding its sales organization and seeking an experienced, established pharmaceutical or healthcare sales professional to develop and manage our Southwest Missouri territory.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a seasoned sales representative with established relationships and demonstrated success within the Southwest Missouri healthcare market.
The ideal candidate understands relationship-based healthcare sales and is comfortable working with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinics, medical practices, and other healthcare professionals.
This is not simply a transactional sales position. Our representatives are expected to become highly knowledgeable resources regarding Quantum Pharmaceuticals, our capabilities, our products and services, and the regulatory environment surrounding 503A compounding pharmacies.
Responsibilities:
The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will: Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices throughout Southwest Missouri. Educate healthcare professionals regarding Quantum Pharmaceuticals' pharmacy capabilities, products, services, ordering processes, and appropriate use of compounded medications. Develop an in-depth understanding of Quantum's product portfolio and pharmacy operations. Understand the regulatory framework applicable to 503A compounding pharmacies and communicate within approved compliance parameters. Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory. Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts. Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, educational meetings, and account follow-ups. Maintain accurate CRM documentation, territory plans, account activity, and sales reporting. Work collaboratively with pharmacy leadership, operations, customer service, marketing, and compliance personnel. Complete required product, regulatory, compliance, and sales training. Represent Quantum Pharmaceuticals professionally and ethically at all times.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, laboratory, medical device, or related B2B healthcare sales. Strong existing professional network within Southwest Missouri preferred. Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term healthcare relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-management skills. Ability and willingness to develop extensive knowledge of compounded medications and Quantum Pharmaceuticals' product portfolio. Ability to understand and operate within healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements. Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. Self-motivated, accountable, professional, and results-oriented. Experience within compounding pharmacy, 503A pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, hormone optimization, wellness, longevity, or personalized medicine is highly desirable.
Compensation:
Base salary of $65,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based incentive compensation based upon company-established performance metrics and KPIs. Incentive compensation will be structured and administered in accordance with applicable federal and state healthcare laws and company compliance policies. Compensation is not intended to reward or induce improper patient referrals, prescription generation, or the ordering of federally reimbursable healthcare items or services. Specific incentive compensation terms and performance metrics will be provided as part of the employment compensation plan.
