Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and elder care professionals. Generate new referral Leads at Assigned Accounts Perform clinical assessments for patients referred for clinical and financial acceptance through a review of the patients' medical record Collaborate with Internal personnel at the Centers for smooth discharge from the referral source to the Center Convert potential referrals to admissions to ensure each Center is able to meet and exceed set targets and Sales goals. Participate in Center Marketing Meetings and community outreach efforts Support Recruitment Efforts Possess clinical assessment abilities, a health care marketing background and an understanding of industry referral and payor sources.
