This is a full-time sales and marketing position for individuals who understand that success comes from effort, consistency, and a willingness to do what others won't. This is not a position for someone looking to sit behind a desk and wait for prospects to walk in. The people who succeed in this role are aggressive about prospecting, comfortable making outbound calls, active in the community, and committed to generating their own business. What You'll Be Doing Generating membership sales through prospecting, marketing, and outreach Making outbound calls to prospective members daily Following up with leads and converting inquiries into memberships Building relationships within the local community Conducting club tours and presenting membership options Maintaining a disciplined follow-up system Participating in marketing events and lead generation activities Achieving and exceeding sales goals Contributing to a high-energy, results-driven culture This position is heavily focused on: Telemarketing Lead generation Prospecting Networking Community outreach Relationship building Sales presentations Closing business Compensation In addition to an hourly base wage, Membership Sales Advisors have multiple bonus opportunities every pay period.
