StretchLab Chula Vista is looking for a driven, competitive, and people-focused Membership Growth Specialist to help us grow our studio and deliver an amazing client experience. This is a sales + client experience role . You'll work directly with new and existing clients, generate and follow up with leads, sell memberships and packages, and help keep the studio growing. What You'll Actually Do Generate & Follow Up With Leads Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per shift Follow up with new leads, past clients, and missed opportunities Turn inquiries into booked appointments Stay consistent with follow-up instead of waiting for leads to come to you Sell Memberships & Packages Meet with clients after their first stretch Understand their goals and recommend the right membership or package Explain pricing, memberships, and the value of ongoing stretching Handle questions and objections Ask for the sale and close memberships Consistently work toward a goal of at least 5 sales per month Build Client Relationships Create a welcoming experience from the moment clients walk in Get to know clients and understand what they're looking to accomplish Follow up with clients who haven't booked Identify opportunities for upgrades, additional sessions, and renewals Help Manage the Studio Book and reschedule appointments Manage the front desk and phones Keep client information and notes organized Help maintain a clean, organized, professional studio Support Flexologists and teammates throughout the day Help Grow the Business Participate in local events and community outreach Help generate new leads and partnerships Look for opportunities to bring new people into the studio Contribute ideas instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to do Who We're Looking For Hungry You want to work, improve, and earn your way into bigger opportunities. In this role, you'll be expected to: Make 50+ outbound calls per shift Close a minimum of 5 sales per month Consistently follow up with leads and clients Contribute to the team's overall sales goals Take initiative when you see an opportunity to improve the business You Don't Have to Have Everything Figured Out We can teach you our sales process and our services. Experience We Like Sales, membership sales, fitness, personal training, wellness, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus. Proven sales results are even better. Pay:
