Job Summary As a Studio Manager at Power4 Pilates, you will play a dual role in driving membership sales and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Los Gatos and Los Altos studios. You'll work closely with the Studio Owner to ensure that both locations run smoothly, that revenue goals are met, and that every member receives an exceptional experience. This is a leadership position for someone who is energized by sales, thrives on organization, and genuinely loves building community. You'll serve as a key point of accountability for the front desk team, helping to onboard and develop new staff while maintaining the high standards Power4 Pilates is known for. The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, and brings a passion for wellness along with the business acumen to back it up. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Drive membership sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets Present membership options, upgrade packages, and private session offerings to prospective and current members Track and report on sales performance metrics to the Studio Owner on a regular basis Identify opportunities to grow membership and retention; proactively follow up with leads and lapsed members Write up new member agreements and ensure accurate account setup Sales & Lead Generation Execute lead generation campaigns to attract new prospective members Manage and contribute to studio social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement Support marketing initiatives, promotional events, and community partnerships that drive studio growth Operations & Studio Management Support daily studio operations at our Los Altos location, with regular coverage at Los Gatos Assist the Studio Owner in managing studio schedules, workflows, and studio readiness Open and/or close the studio as needed, ensuring all procedures are followed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Maintain accurate member records, agreements, and bookings within the studio's client management software; serve as a front desk resource for tech stack questions Manage studio inventory, including retail items (apparel, grip socks, water) and operational supplies; coordinate ordering as needed Communicate member feedback to the Studio Owner promptly and professionally Participate in events, open houses, and community engagement initiatives Team Leadership & Training Onboard and train new Member Specialists, ensuring they are equipped to deliver an excellent member experience Serve as a point of contact and resource for front desk staff during shifts Model Power4's values of inclusion, professionalism, and member-first service Collaborate with instructors and management to ensure seamless member and guest experiences Member Relations Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism Assist members with bookings, memberships, invoices, and account questions Answer phones, respond to emails and texts in a timely and courteous manner Resolve member concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach Leadership Development Complete structured training, shadowing, and operational checklists to build studio management proficiency Participate in regular coaching and feedback conversations with the Studio Owner Build the skills and experience needed to progress into a Studio Manager role Experience 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of meeting goals Prior experience in a supervisory, lead, or training role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and guide a team Passion for health, fitness, and wellness Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple locations Comfortable with basic reporting and performance tracking Proficient with studio tech stack, including client management software, scheduling platforms, and Google Workspace Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes Previous fitness industry or member services experience strongly preferred Work Environment Combination of desk work with physical movement, including frequent standing, walking, and light cleaning Fast-paced studio setting with frequent member and team interaction Must be able to stay engaged and responsive throughout shift hours Regular travel between Los Altos and Los Gatos locations; mileage reimbursement provided Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally About Power4 Pilates At Power4 Pilates, we're more than just a Pilates studio — we're a dedicated team passionate about empowering individuals to discover their inner strength and achieve lasting wellness. $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
