Description Membership Manager Brief Job Description:

The Membership Manager oversees membership recruitment, retention, engagement, and service to support organizational growth and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and manage membership outreach and retention efforts

+ Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries and concerns

+ Track membership renewals, applications, and database accuracy

+ Coordinate member events, communications, and benefits

+ Analyze membership trends and prepare performance reports

+ Collaborate with marketing and leadership on engagement strategies

Requirements Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, or related field + 2+ years of membership, customer service, nonprofit, or account management experience

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Experience with CRM or membership database systems
