This is more than a front desk role. You'll be one of the primary faces of Invictus and play an important part in the member journey, from responding to a new inquiry and giving a gym tour to welcoming new members, building relationships, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Create a welcoming, professional member and guest experience Respond to membership inquiries and consistently follow up with leads Conduct gym tours and help prospective members understand our programs Assist with new member onboarding, retention, and member outreach Support membership accounts, billing, scheduling, and CRM accuracy Maintain an organized and professional front-of-house environment Support coaches and leadership with daily operational needs Who We're Looking For You're a strong communicator who genuinely enjoys people. You're dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities. Experience in fitness, hospitality, customer service, sales, or member services is preferred.
