Crossroads Country Club Pet Resort is now hiring. Join a team that is focused on providing the best possible care for our canine companions. Licensed, insured, and veterinarian-recommended, we offer large outdoor grass play yards, home-like boarding options, and a VIP (Very Important Pooch) daycare program that delivers daily enrichment beyond group play. Our staff are trained members of the International Boarding and Pet Care Services Association with over 40 years of combined dog training and behavior modification experience and more than 20 years of excellence in pet care. An attendant lives on-site, and we provide a Pet Health Warranty and Loyalty Rewards for peace of mind. Social dogs enjoy supervised group play to reduce stress, while non-social dogs receive one-on-one attention and exercise. Our team is skilled at recognizing when veterinary care or extra TLC is needed, ensuring every pet is comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. We are hiring a Guest Relations Specialist . Job Duties Staff will need to be available from 11 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required. Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk: greet clients, check pets in/out, answer phones, and handle inquiries. Maintain accurate computer records, process payments, and perform filing. Assist with general office duties and support the Office Manager as assigned. Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments during check-in/out and while escorting to/from play yards or boarding areas. Multi-task across multiple phone lines and front-desk responsibilities during busy periods. Uphold facility cleanliness and safety protocols and report any health or behavior concerns to management. Ideal Candidate Prior office experience with a strong customer service background required; front desk and sales experience preferred. Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments; prior dog experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills; friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Able to multitask, manage multiple phone lines, perform basic math and cash handling, and maintain attention to detail. Physical ability to walk, squat, reach, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs. Open availability for requested schedule and occasional weekend coverage; reliable and punctual.
