The Joint Chiropractic in Enfield is a membership-based wellness clinic, not a traditional doctor's office. There are no insurance forms, no long waits, and no stiff medical office vibes. We're fast-paced, friendly, and focused on helping our community feel their best through affordable chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first face patients see and set the tone for their entire experience Present and sell our membership plans and visit packages to new patients in a genuine, consultative way Follow up with leads, web inquiries, and no-shows by phone and text

• you own the conversion Check members in, process transactions, and keep patient accounts accurate Re-engage inactive members and turn one-time visitors into long-term wellness members Keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly Support the doctors so they can stay focused on patient care Participate in local marketing and community outreach opportunities
• star in social media content, bringing fun and excitement to our community You're the right fit if you: Have a naturally warm, high-energy personality that people respond to immediately Are comfortable having a sales conversation without feeling pushy
• you genuinely want to help people Come from fitness, hospitality, retail sales, or a membership-based business Follow through

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred). Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales. Strong sales abilities, confident in presenting and closing memberships and service packages. Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture. Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Proficient with office equipment (computer, scanner, fax, phone system) and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous office management or marketing experience a plus. From $23.00 per hour

Benefits:

Employee discount Paid time off Application Question(s): How comfortable are you making a high volume of outbound calls, working and documenting work in a CRM system? This position involves welcoming patients, performing intake and selling membership plans. Tell me about a time where you have done something similar in a past role? Are you willing and able to work weekdays 10-7 and Saturday 10-4. You would work most Saturdays and 4 other weekdays.
