OPERATIONS STATUS:

PART-TIME NON-EXEMPT

The Reception Desk Team Member is the first point of contact for all members, guests, or prospects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets and checks in all members and guests Full knowledge of the daily events and programs that are being conducted at the facility and is able to direct members and guests to the appropriate venue Promotes program and membership enrollment in interactions with existing and potential members Answers and directs all incoming phone calls, maintains front desk organization and appearance Fields all member feedback and concerns Resolves problems to ensure member satisfaction Performs Opening and Closing Procedures for the Facility Assists senior staff with administrative duties Maintains a professional image within the community and the venue

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be highly motivated, energetic and customer focused Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with computer systems Ability to communicate with associates and members Must be available to work a flexible schedule; a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift 50 pounds' waist high Will be required to navigate various computer programs and apps Facility has intermittent noise
