Member Services Representative - On-Site Call Center $16-$18/hour | Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week | Leesburg, FL The Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC) is a national membership organization serving more than two million members. We are expanding our Leesburg, Florida Membership Services Call Center and are looking for dependable, professional customer service representatives who enjoy helping people. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who communicates well, is comfortable working on the phone and computer, and takes pride in providing excellent service. What You'll Do Assist AMAC members with questions and membership-related requests Provide friendly, professional service by phone Accurately enter and update member information Handle both inbound and outbound calls Help members understand their membership options and choose the option that best fits their needs and provides the best value Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive member experience What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience Strong verbal communication skills Good computer and data-entry skills Comfortable speaking with members throughout the workday Ability to listen, problem-solve, and explain information clearly Ability to help members understand available options without pressure Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual skills are a plus

Schedule Full-time:

35 hours per week Available shifts: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Pay $16-$18 per hour, based on experience Important This position is on-site in Leesburg, Florida .
