We are looking for a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our team at NESC Federal Credit Union's Lawrence branch. Your Role:

As a Member Service Representative, you will play a key role in building relationships, delivering excellent service to our members, and supporting the growth of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Support :

Service existing accounts, assist with debit cards, ATM, and virtual banking requests.

Transaction Processing:

Completing deposits, loan payments, check cashing, withdrawals, and the issuance of bank checks.

Relationship Building:

Identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate credit union products and services.

Communication:

Provide clear, helpful information to members both in person and over the telephone.

Operations & Integrity:

Maintain member confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping while supporting our members with a friendly, professional approach.

Skills/Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience, strong attention to detail and general math proficiency are required. Excellent verbal communication skills, high degree of integrity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is preferred to effectively serve the needs of our membership at the Lawrence branch. This is a part-time position working primarily in the afternoons,1:00PM-5:30PM, with rotating Saturday morning shifts from 8:15AM-12:30PM. NESC Federal Credit Union is a local credit union with its roots in the Merrimack Valley. Established in 1958 as the credit union for Internal Revenue Service employees and their families, we have since grown to become a provider of financial services to over 8000 members.

Pay:

$18.50 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
