You will serve as a trusted resource for our members while supporting front desk operations, membership sales, facility standards, and the overall energy of the gym. You will also play an important role in sharing our gym experience to the local community through our social media. Member Experience & Front Desk Operations Welcome members and guests with energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Check members in and assist with account-related needs using Mindbody Answer questions about memberships, classes, gym policies, services, and upcoming events Address member concerns thoughtfully and work to resolve issues promptly and professionally Help create an inclusive, positive, and community-focused environment for every member Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front desk area Assist members with retail sales Membership Conversions Introduce prospective members to The Yard Gym experience and explain available membership options Provide engaging and informative gym tours Follow up with prospective members through approved communication channels Assist with membership enrollments, account updates, payments etc Class & Facility Support Collaborate with coaches and other team members Willing to Assist with equipment organization, facility resets, and general cleaning to maintain a presentation-ready gym Marketing & Community Engagement Capture and create appropriate social media content during classes, events etc Support local marketing, community outreach, gym events, and member engagement initiatives Help promote upcoming programs, events, membership opportunities, and brand partnerships Administrative Support Assist with general administrative responsibilities, including emails, CRM management, phone calls etc Maintain accurate member information and front desk records Communicate important member updates and operational notes Team & Culture Willing to provide regular availability rather than simply picking up occasional shifts Willing to step in wherever needed and contribute beyond core front desk responsibilities to support the team, members, and day-to-day operation of the gym Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in fitness, hospitality, membership sales and/or social media content creation Proficiency in Mindbody or similar fitness management software Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM or similar CRM software Current CPR/AED certification Perks Competitive hourly pay Complimentary gym membership Opportunities for career growth as The Yard Gym Woburn grows Community Initiatives, Team Events and Brand Activations Employees may be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses, which are not guaranteed Compliance & Disclosures My People Fitness LLC is an independently owned and operated Massachusetts limited liability company franchisee of
