We are seeking a full-time Teller / Member Service Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for a friendly, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping people, accurately processing financial transactions, and delivering exceptional member service. In addition to teller responsibilities, this role supports member account servicing, digital banking, and daily branch operations while allowing you to expand your skills, contribute across multiple areas of the Credit Union, and grow your career. What You'll Do As a Teller / Member Service Specialist, you'll serve as one of the primary points of contact for our members by providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service while helping ensure the smooth operation of the branch.

Your responsibilities will include:

Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, official checks, and check cashing. Balance your cash drawer and assist with daily branch balancing and operational procedures. Assist members with account maintenance, Digital Banking, e-Statements, Telephone Banking, and other digital services. Answer member questions, research account inquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism and accuracy. Identify opportunities to recommend Credit Union products and services that meet members' financial needs. Support daily branch operations, including mail processing, night deposits, opening and closing procedures, and other operational duties. Maintain compliance with Credit Union policies and applicable regulations while protecting confidential member information. Work collaboratively with your teammates to provide outstanding experience. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of teller, banking, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred. Previous credit union experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately handle cash and balance transactions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology. Reliable transportation to meet scheduling and business needs.
