You'll coordinate key internal functions, from certification exam processing and continuing education tracking to membership outreach, programs, and helping run an industry conference called PowerTest. About Us NETA, the International Electrical Testing Association, is on a mission to lead the electrical power systems industry through education, standards development, accreditation of third-party testing companies, and certification of electrical testing technicians. Put simply, this means that we literally wrote the book(s) on how to navigate medium and high-voltage power systems safely and we work tirelessly to educate industry professionals on the importance of these documents. NETA accredits third‑party testing companies that operate free of conflicts of interest and certify technicians based on real‑world expertise and field‑tested skills. Primary Responsibilities Assist with managing the organization's CRM database to ensure it reflects accurate and current member information, including technician and company changes. Conduct outreach campaigns to drive membership growth, educate members to association initiatives, mission, and resources, and promote industry awareness. Support the Member Services team to coordinate the fulfillment of publication orders, including packaging, shipping and customer communications. Provide web assistance to customers, including password management, customer info updates and profile set up. Support the Member Services Manager in processing of Alliance partner subscriptions. Assist with the development and production of internal member programs. Collaborate with the Member Service team to research, propose, test, and implement updates and/or improvements to the processes involved in member programs and resources. Coordinate with database and systems management resources to develop and implement member program enhancements in Association Anywhere. Crosstrain in all member services and association administrative functions and participate in training of new Member Services associates. Serve as a primary point of contact for NETA member and partner inquiries such as:

Invoice and roster questions.
Technician card and certificate requests.
PowerTest Conference information and meeting registration.
Verification of Eligibility (VOE) for Certification/Qualification exams.
Continuing education programs, tracking and certificates.
The CEU process with IEEE for NETA courses.

Serve as a resource to the Member Services team regarding all association programs. Assist with reviewing and updating program policies with Member Services. Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Member Services. General administrative duties to support association program initiatives and other team members. Assist with the coordination of logistics and planning for industry trade shows, including shipping of materials. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree preferred or relevant work experience; High school diploma required. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service-related, administrative, or program management role; or combination of education and/or work experience relevant for this role. Excellent, articulate, personable, and diplomatic customer service skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and work efficiently under deadlines. Computer proficiency using Outlook, Excel, and Word. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output. Experience with CRM or database management software a plus. Experience working with a membership base and volunteer committees highly desirable. Positive attitude and desire to provide excellent customer service to our members, partners, and fellow staff members. Strong self-starter and proven team player in a results-driven setting. Demonstrated customer service focus. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail. Travel is required one week per year for our industry conference. Physical Requirements Physical requirements are consistent with working in an office environment

sitting for long periods of time, walking throughout the office, able to go up and down stairs without an elevator, able to lift and move 35 pounds, repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands, and fingers, and operating office equipment.

When attending PowerTest, or any other event on behalf of the association, standing and walking for an extended period will be required over multiple days, along with moving, packing and unpacking heavy boxes, and any other physical requirement to put on a large event like a conference.
