$22.00 - $25.00 per hour + Commissions & Monthly Team Bonus Opportunity Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is looking for a high-energy, sales-minded, and hyper-organized Weekend Spa Coordinator to join our Huntersville team. This is one of the most critical roles in our spa; you are the first voice a client hears and the first smile they see. You will help manage the heartbeat of our business, from lead conversion and membership sales to ensuring a seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing Lead Management & Sales:

You will own our CRM (GoHighLevel), proactively calling and texting leads to book appointments. You'll be expected to meet targets by scheduling leads for appointments, help the team with upselling services, and closing membership deals.

Scheduling:

Manage the Booker platform to maximize the schedule, minimize wait times, and ensure the spa flows smoothly.

Administrative Excellence:

Handle medical history forms, coordinate telehealth visits, manage member profiles, and ensure accurate billing for customer services/appointments.

Retention Specialist:

Manage membership freezes, collect past-due payments, and use your "people skills" to prevent cancellations.

Customer Experience:

Be the expert on our services, answering phones with enthusiasm and providing a high-touch luxury experience.

Who You Are A Sales Pro:

You have a proven background in sales and aren't afraid to pick up the phone to nurture leads.

Tech-Savvy:

You can navigate Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive), Booker, PracticeQ, and Slack with ease. You learn new platforms quickly.

A Multi-Tasker:

You can manage a busy lobby, answer a ringing phone, and update a spreadsheet simultaneously—all while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Hyper-Organized:

You prioritize tasks effectively and take pride in "owning" your workspace.

Flexible:

You are available to work weekends. Requirements Previous experience in sales, customer service or high-end hospitality/wellness is required. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work closely with the owner to optimize daily operations. Reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends.
