The Gym Lakewood is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated team members to join our front desk and member services staff. This is more than just a receptionist position — we are looking for people who can create a great experience for members, answer phones professionally, assist with membership sales, and help keep the gym running smoothly. Position Details up to $18/hour Free gym membership Sales commission opportunities available Part-time positions available Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available Responsibilities Greeting and checking in members Answering phones and assisting customers Assisting with membership sales and tours Scheduling appointments and classes Maintaining a positive and professional front desk environment Helping resolve member questions and concerns Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Good phone skills are a must Sales ability and confidence speaking with people Reliable, organized, and professional Prior gym or fitness industry experience is a big plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment We are looking for team members with a positive attitude who genuinely enjoy working with people and being part of a fitness environment.
