We are a premium fitness club focused on helping members achieve better outcomes through personalized guidance, fitness, training, recovery, technology, and accountability. The Role This is a consultative sales position . You'll manage prospective members from initial inquiry through enrollment by: Responding quickly to new leads and inquiries Conducting outbound calls, texts, and consistent follow-up Asking thoughtful questions to uncover goals, challenges, and motivations Conducting personalized club tours Presenting Fitometry solutions based on each prospect's needs Confidently asking for the sale and overcoming objections Managing appointments, follow-up, and pipeline activity in our CRM Achieving individual sales and activity goals Who We're Looking For You are: Personable, confident, and comfortable engaging new people A strong listener who asks great questions Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable with outbound calling and persistent follow-up Organized and disciplined Coachable and receptive to feedback Professional in communication and appearance Comfortable asking for the business and closing sales Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience in fitness, hospitality, luxury services, personal training, real estate, or other consultative sales environments is a plus. Fitness industry experience is not required.
