Job Description
Robert Half Permanent Placement is partnering with a wonderful organization in Cheektowaga, NY on their search for a Member Services Specialist to join their highly collaborative team. Starting wage is $24 - $27 based on experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This is an in-branch role directly interacting with potential clients with a focus on driving membership. The ideal candidate will bring a customer service mindset side by side with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Please note: the branch is open for a half day every Saturday. This role is required to work Saturday morning from 9 AM - 1 PM at least twice a month.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention, satisfaction, and business growthIdentify prospective clients and opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and other business development activitiesAssess client needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions that align with their goalsCreate and execute strategies to convert prospects into new clients and expand relationships with existing clientsServe as a trusted resource to clients by providing responsive service, timely communication, and knowledgeable guidanceProactively identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships through additional products, services, and solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively addressed and commitments are fulfilledPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, with responsibilities subject to change based on business needs
