Member Services Representative / Front Desk - Campus Part-Time | Weeknight Evenings & Weekend Closing Shifts Here we grow again! Crunch Fitness Campus is looking for an energetic, dependable front desk team member who can help cover weeknight evenings and weekend closing shifts. Availability for evening and weekend closing shifts is required for this opening. • Welcome members and guests, assist with check-in, and create a positive, inclusive experience.
• Answer questions about memberships, club services, and gym equipment.
• Conduct club tours, follow up with prospective members, and enroll new members.
• Generate appointments through referrals, outreach, and phone calls.
• Promote membership options and services that fit each prospective member's needs.
• Maintain accurate member, prospect, and sales activity records in club systems.
• Complete facility walk-throughs and help maintain a clean, organized club.
• Support evening operations and complete assigned closing duties. What We're Looking For
• Reliable availability for weeknight evenings and weekend closing shifts.
• Friendly communication and strong customer service skills.
