Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests Explaining our bowling offers Running a computer cash drawer Turning lanes off and on Watching for opportunities to extend guest time or help them with bowling service Communicating with mechanics, managers and fellow team members Taking, handling and managing reservations via phone, computer and online bookings Running bowling leagues Ensuring that events get communicated to bowling and grill staff
