Do you enjoy working as a part of a team? The Merion Cricket Club located in Haverford, PA, is hiring a part time Wellness House Receptionist. We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, wellness-oriented, welcoming face of our Fitness Center. This is a part-time position. You MUST be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. The role involves both member interaction and support to the management team. The goal is to ensure a high-quality member experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Meet and greet members and guests Assist members with class and appointment scheduling Data entry Respond to questions about pricing, trainers, classes, etc. Keep the Wellness House neat & tidy Follow the policies of the Wellness House and The Club Qualifications Customer service experience Computer skills Arrive on time and be reliable Polite and positive attitude Clear speaking voice Excellent phone skills High School Diploma or GED Fitness oriented/knowledgeable Previous experience in a Fitness Center environment is a plus. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to sit or stand for periods of time Work Authorization/Security Clearance This position requires additional screening.
