Job Description

Front Desk/Membership Sales 20 hours per week Shifts times: Monday -

Thursday:

3pm-7pm

Saturday:

9am-1pm

Friday and Sunday:

OFF Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly Member Services Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including signing up new members and payments. Communicate with members and guests regarding their needs and provide information about services and amenities. Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system. Assist in membership sales by promoting products and conducting product demos as needed. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area entire facility. Stock supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations of the facility. Address member and guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role preferred; experience in sales is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and guests. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance guest interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
