What You'll Do Every DayBuild Meaningful Relationships Engage with members warmly in person and over the phone Listen to understand their financial needs and goals Follow up with thank-you notes and calls to show members they matter Help members feel valued and supported every step of the way Provide Expert Service Open new accounts and service existing accounts with accuracy Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash transactions Accept loan applications and answer loan-related questions Help members understand their credit scores and provide options to improve financial wellbeing Explain credit union products and services in clear, helpful ways Cross-sell services to help members build complete financial relationships Daily Operations Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily Assist with branch opening and closing procedures Keep your workspace organized and professional Respond to emails, voicemails, and member inquiries promptly Support teammates during busy times

Who You AreMust-Haves:

✅ High school diploma or equivalent ✅ Positive, "Can-Do, Will-Do" attitude
