Responsibilities Provide the highest level of customer service and hospitality to all members Assist management in daily health club tasks and projects Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative Check in all members and be able to answer questions about memberships and give direction on who to ask Work as cohesive team with all THRC team members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie Assist in training and coaching new members of the THRC Front Desk Team Maintain up to date knowledge on facility, group fitness, personal training, and THRC events Participation in all THRC external marketing events Sell set amount of smoothies per shift and sell set amount of pro shop items to members Qualifications Must have customer service experience Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast paced environment Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with wide range of personalities Must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills Must have positive, can do attitude Must have professional and friendly phone etiquette Must have super organization skills Must have flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
