What you'll do: Manage daily activities including outbound phone calls, facility tours, prospecting, handling inbound calls (TI), managing web leads, addressing member concerns and escalating to leadership as needed Develop and implement strategies for an enhanced member experience, exceeding their needs and expectations. Create sales leads through corporate prospecting, networking, community events and member referrals. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for effective promotional campaigns to attract and retain members. Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. What we're looking for: Bilingual Preferred but not required 2+ years customer service 2+ years sales 1 year of Leadership Day, Evening, Weekends flexibility is required Ability to effectively engage with a diverse clientele Must be comfortable with having performance goals and understand the requirement to produce results.
