Opportunities May Include:

General Managers & Assistant Managers

• Lead club operations, drive membership growth, manage teams, and create an exceptional member experience. Fitness Coaches & Group Fitness Instructors
• Lead engaging workouts, motivate members, and help people become stronger and more confident. Front Desk & Member Experience Team Members
• Be the face of the gym, welcome members, assist prospective members, and help keep the club running smoothly. Membership Sales & Presales Team Members
• Connect with prospective members, conduct tours, follow up with leads, and help grow our fitness communities. Other Fitness & Operations Roles
• As our brands continue to grow, new opportunities are constantly being created.

Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people Reliable, professional, and highly motivated Passionate about fitness, health, or helping others Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Strong communicators and team players Excited by growth and willing to take ownership of their role Previous gym or fitness industry experience is a plus, but it is not required for every position .
