We started out as collectors, and that hasn't changed: we care more about the hobby and the community than the quick flip. These days that means a busy buy counter, live breaks and sales on Whatnot and Fanatics, a booth at some of the biggest shows in the country, and a growing crew that treats customers like fellow fans. We're expanding, and we're looking for a Sports Breaker who brings the same energy to the camera that we bring to the shop .About the Role As a Breaker, you're the face of our live shows, showcasing and selling sports product during live streams on Whatnot, Fanatics Live, and Ebay. The right person is at their best in a fast, high-energy room: keeping the show entertaining and informative, building real relationships with the people watching, and turning a live audience into regulars. You'll be a big part of how our live selling grows and how it feels to buy from us. What You'll Do Run live sales broadcasts featuring Magic City sports product on Whatnot, Fanatics Live, and TikTok. Deliver presentations that are fun to watch and actually informative — the kind of show people stick around for. Juggle multiple transactions and a wide range of product without losing the room. Keep engagement and customer satisfaction high in a fast-moving live environment. Answer questions live, make recommendations, and help buyers pull the trigger with confidence. Pitch in with packing and shipping sold product when needed. Set up, run, and manage the full live stream — you own the show start to finish. Self-direct your shows so they run smoothly and look professional. Process and fulfill live-sale orders accurately and on time. Stay on top of the sports card market and share what you're seeing with the team. What We're Looking For Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally retail or sales. Strong on-camera communication — confident, clear, and easy to watch on a live broadcast. Ability to multitask and prioritize when things get busy. Quick problem-solving, with real-time solutions during a live show. A genuine passion for sports and knowledge of the trading card world (a big plus). Familiarity with marketplaces like Whatnot, Fanatics Live, and eBay. Attention to detail and a real commitment to taking care of customers. Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift heavier items. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
