Job Description
Overview This is a part-time, independent contractor-style role averaging 5-10 hours per week. It works best for people who already have a schedule

As a merchandiser, you are responsible for ensuring our tortilla and pastry products are properly stocked, rotated, and presented in retail stores while maintaining professional relationships with store staff. Merchandising & Store Standards Stock, face, and organize tortilla products according to company guidelines Ensure shelves are clean, full, and visually presentable Follow planograms and store-specific expectations Inventory & Freshness Rotate product to maintain freshness and prevent expired items Identify backstock and manage inventory responsibly Flag potential issues before they become credits or write-offs Store Relationships Communicate professionally with store managers and staff Address minor issues independently and escalate when necessary Build working relationships with store staff and adapt to each store's culture. Some stores are hands-off; others have specific rules. We show you how to navigate both. Reporting & Accountability Submit required reports using mobile apps (photos, notes, confirmations) Follow step-by-step workflows without constant supervision Use photo-based reporting apps, weekly checklists, and route sheets to track inventory and confirm completion. We train you on the exact system

you'll be on your feet, bending, lifting, and moving product in store aisles and backrooms. If you prefer a desk or sedentary role, this isn't it. Schedule
Flexible, part-time hours
Initially 5-10 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on performance and reliability
Morning shifts and weekends are required
Some weeks may be light; others may be busier depending on store needs Compensation
