Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Merchandise Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our store remains well-stocked, organized, and inviting for customers. Your enthusiasm for retail sales, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills will help create a memorable shopping experience for all visitors. Duties Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking techniques Operate the register and credit card system accurately for transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times Provide friendly customer service by answering questions and guiding shoppers through store offerings Qualifications Previous retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with basic retail math for transactions Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and confidently Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
