Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:

As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser, you'll grow Mattel's presence at major retailers, working 15-25 hours per week (with extra hours during the exciting holiday season). We are looking for team members who are passionate about merchandising, enjoy interacting with customers & store management, and want to drive results!

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:

Basic Job Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED, some college preferredAvailable to work daytime hours during the week; occasional required weekendsAccess to reliable internet accessMust have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locationsReside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster of Chattanooga, TN 37421 or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory

Physical Requirements:

Stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reachWalk for long periods of timeClimb ladders up to 12' tallLift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionallyPush/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbsOperate power tools (screwdriver & drill)
