Morning Route Merchandiser - Kaneohe to Waimanalo Windward Oʻahu | Full-Time | Starting at $20/hour | 4:00 AM Start Start Early. Stay Active. Help Keep Hawaiʻi Moving. At Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA), we help keep Hawaiʻi's stores stocked and communities moving. As Hawaiʻi's largest locally owned supplier of perishable foods and logistics services, we know that starts with dependable people who take pride in their work. We're looking for a Morning Route Merchandiser to service stores throughout Kaneohe, Kailua, Waimanalo, and surrounding Windward Oʻahu locations. You'll work independently throughout your route, make sure HFA products are stocked, organized, and fresh, and build strong relationships with the stores we serve. With a 4:00 AM start, yu'll get moving early and finish earlier in the day. What We Offer Starting at $20.00 per hour Free healthcare coverage for team members Partial healthcare subsidy for dependents Mileage reimbursement Weekly pay 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid volunteer time Employee perks and long-term growth opportunities Your Schedule Full-time, 8-hour shifts 4:00 AM start time 5 days per week Weekend and holiday availability required Route covers Kaneohe, Kailua, Waimanalo, and surrounding Windward locations Travel between assigned stores throughout the day What You'll Do Stock products from backroom inventory onto store shelves Rotate products and check dates for freshness Keep shelves and displays clean, organized, and well stocked Set up promotional materials and product displays Build positive relationships with store associates and managers Track mileage, time, and completed work through company applications Manage your assigned route independently What We're Looking For Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds Smartphone with internet access Ability to work a4:00 AM start, weekends, and holidays Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Someone who takes pride in doing quality work Preferred Experience Experience in merchandising, retail stocking, grocery, warehouse, inventory, customer service, or other route-based work is a plus.
