Full-Time, In-Person We are a leading beverage distributor serving East Central Indiana and are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Account Manager to join our team in the New Castle/Richmond area. This is a hands-on field position ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and seeing the direct results of their efforts. You'll work closely with retail partners to ensure our products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and positioned for success. What You'll Do Service assigned retail accounts on a daily route Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers Merchandise products and maintain shelf standards Rotate inventory and ensure product freshness Reset coolers and improve product placement Build eye-catching displays and promotional features Identify sales opportunities and expand product distribution Monitor inventory levels and communicate account needs Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support customer success What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities Self-starter who works well independently Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current auto insurance Ability to lift and move 30-50 pounds regularly Comfortable working in retail stores, stock rooms, and coolers Basic computer and mobile technology skills Experience in beverage distribution, merchandising, route sales, retail sales, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred, but not required Benefits Competitive base salary plus performance incentives 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and company holidays Career advancement opportunities Training and development programs If you enjoy working independently, building customer relationships, and making an impact in the marketplace every day, we'd love to hear from you.
