This position plays an important role in making sure our vehicles are accurately and professionally represented online. The ideal candidate is comfortable with computers and technology, and doesn't mind spending part of the day outdoors. Duties Photograph new and used vehicles foe our online inventory Take clear, consistent, high quality photos that properly showcase each vehicle Write accurate and appealing vehicle descriptions Verify vehicle information and ensure optional equipment, features, trim level, and other details are listed correctly. Review online vehicles listings for accuracy and make corrections when necessary Keep vehicle merchandising up to date as inventory arrives and changes. Work with sales management to correct missing or inaccurate inventory information Maintain an organized and consistent process for photographing and merchandising vehicles Light IT Responsibilities A small portion of this position will also involve helping with basic technology needs around the dealership including Setting up computers, monitors, printers, and other basic office equipment Troubleshooting common printer and computer issues Assisting employees with basic technology problems Helping connect or configure dealership equipment when needed Coordinating with outside IT support when an issue requires additional assistance

THIS IS NOT PRIMARILY AN IT POSITION.

The majority of the role is focused on vehicle photography, online merchandising, and maintaining accurate inventory listings.

Work Environment:

This is a hands-on position that requires moving throughout the dealership and vehicle lot. The employee will work outside in a varying Michigan weather conditions throughout the year. We do have an indoor photo bay available for photographing vehicles, but other responsibilities will require working outdoors. This position may involve walking a lot, getting in and out of vehicles frequently, moving vehicles when authorized, and working on your feet throughout portions of the day. What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new software Basic Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle features, or a willingness to learn Photography experience is helpful but no required Ability to write clear and accurate vehicles descriptions Basic computer and printer troubleshooting skills Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Valid driver's license and a good driving record Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required About the
