Work Schedule:

Every weekend (mandatory) Part- to Full- time (d epends on the number of qualified applicants and their preferences) Monthly schedules released at the end of each month

What You'll Do:

Work shifts at both store locations (mandatory) . A shift will not be split between locations on the same day. Arrive on time and ready to work every scheduled shift Deliver friendly, professional customer service Process alcohol, tobacco, and general purchases accurately and respectfully Maintain clean, organized store and stock areas Receive and stock inventory with precision Work collaboratively to reduce shrink and prevent theft Follow all laws and company policies related to age-restricted or impaired sales Potentially pick up additional tasks like book keeping, balancing tills, deliveries, overseeing freight, and other back office operations.

What We're Looking For:

21+ preferred (18+ required); must be comfortable handling regulated products Ability to lift up to 70 lbs; unload, move, and load freight Ability to efficiently use a hand truck to quickly and efficiently move up to 400 cases of product 3x a week during freight deliveries Clean driving record and willingness to do deliveries Able to be on your feet for full shifts Quick learner with a solid grasp of basic technology and POS systems Weekend and holiday availability (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) Commitment to responsible sales under the Oregon Responsible Vendor Program Reliability, professional demeanor, hygienic Maintains poise and confidence in high-traffic situations Strong communication skills Team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute Drug- and alcohol-free while on the job A preferred candidate has some college experience or is currently studying.
