Responsibilities Execute overnight remodels and resets for retail stores following detailed planograms and project directives Install fixtures, signage, shelving, and displays to company and retailer standards Audit and verify product placement, pricing, and promotional materials during remodel projects Operate basic tools and equipment safely to complete fixture moves and installations Coordinate with store management and Anderson Merchandisers team leads on project priorities and timelines Document project progress through photos, reports, and checklists using digital tools Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas during and after overnight remodel activities Travel between assigned retail locations as needed for scheduled remodel projects Adhere to company, client, and store policies including safety, attendance, and performance standards Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and execution Fixture and display installation Use of hand and power tools Inventory and product handling Basic reporting and documentation Time and project management Communication with store management Attention to detail and quality control Basic computer/mobile app proficiency
