The Texan Convenience Store - Merchandiser The Texan Stores' Merchandiser role focuses on visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, attractive store environment to attract and retain customers. SimplyHired+2 Job Summary The Texan Stores is seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join its team as Merchandisers. This position is responsible for ensuring stores look their best, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising:

Implement planograms, stock displays or shelves, and ensure all items are properly tagged for customers

Inventory Management:

Complete inventory orders and audits to maintain accurate stock levels

Store Maintenance:

Assist in resets, keep the store clean, and maintain both interior and exterior appearance per company standards

Customer Service:

Deliver friendly, professional service and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience

Cross-Training:

May be required to work in different areas of the store, including customer service and other operational tasks Skills & Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal communication abilities Ability to operate available store equipment. Basic math and reasoning skills. Physical ability to walk, stand, and work in demanding environments for prolonged periods Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
