The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations in-store. In this role you will execute planograms, build displays, stock shelves, rotate product, and ensure accurate pricing and signage to drive sales. You'll collect shelf and inventory data, report on in-store conditions, and communicate with store teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities Execute planograms and product resets to company standards Build and maintain visually appealing product displays Stock, front, and rotate merchandise to ensure availability and freshness Verify and place accurate price labels and promotional signage Conduct basic inventory checks and report out-of-stocks or issues Capture and submit in-store data and photos via mobile tools Collaborate with store personnel to coordinate merchandising activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections Follow safety guidelines and company policies while working on-site Provide feedback on store conditions and opportunities to supervisors Required Skills Visual merchandising Planogram execution Retail math basics Inventory management Point-of-sale familiarity Data and sales reporting Space planning Time management Basic computer skills Communication skills
